Return Eligibility

Products must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition to be eligible for return. Not all Products are applicable for Returns.

Returns must be requested within 5 days of receiving the order.

Once the returned item is inspected and approved, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

Exchanges are subject to product availability and stock conditions.

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours at support@rubabs.com with clear photos.

Certain items such as personal care products, clearance items, or customized products are not eligible for return.

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, unless the return is due to a damaged or defective product.
